So my loves, Ive been looking for a little snack to have after my workouts when I dont feel like having a full meal ect. I wanted something low in sugar and carbs but high in fats and protein. So I just randomly made up these little fudge squares. theyre sooo yummy and really quick and simple to make.
I would recommend using a really yum protein powder as well. I used Nutra Organics Thriving Protein in the choc coconut flavour which I highly recommend. Its vegan as well for all you vegans out there. Choose one that goes with coconut coz this mixture is coconutty. So here you go!
3-4 Heaped Tbs protein powder (I used Nutra Organics Thriving Protein- Choc Coconut)
6 Tbsp Coconut butter, melted
1/2 Tsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Coconut flour
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1/2-3/4 Cup Coconut/Rice/Almond milk (I used coconut milk from a carton- Coco Quench)
What to do:
Literally chuck it all in a blender except the milk.. add that in slowly till it becomes a dense mixture.. but not too wet. You may not need to use all the milk. Scrape down the sides a few times and then transfer to a container lined with cling wrap and smooth it out. Pop it in the fridge for an hour or two and then cut into squares and enjoy!
